2.2. Bentamo Portal:

  • Bentamo Portal serves as a business listing platform that connects businesses with technology solution providers. It facilitates lead generation but does not sell products or services directly.
  • Service providers listed on the Portal are responsible for their listings, and all transactions or engagements occur directly between businesses and service providers.
  • Bentamo is not liable for any illegal activities conducted by users or service providers on the Portal that may affect other users.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Accuracy of Information: Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using any Bentamo products.

3.2. Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Bentamo products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to:

  • Misuse Bentamo products for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Upload or share harmful content, such as viruses or malware.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation.

4. Specific Product Features

4.1. Bentamo Portal Features:

  • Business Listings: Service providers are responsible for ensuring that their listings on the Portal are accurate and do not contain misleading information.
  • Lead Management: The Portal generates leads for service providers based on user inquiries. Bentamo is not responsible for the conversion or outcome of these leads.
  • Content Approval: Listings may be subject to approval by Bentamo to ensure compliance with our policies.
  • Listing Platform Only: The Portal serves solely as a listing platform and does not engage in direct sales or transactions.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. General Fees: Bentamo products may include premium features or subscription plans to enhance user experience. Specific pricing details will be displayed on the respective product or service page.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and materials within Bentamo products are owned by BNTM Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Bentamo products solely for their intended purposes.

6.3. Content Usage: By uploading or adding any logos or content to Bentamo products, you grant BNTM Technologies Inc. the right to use, display, or distribute such content for promotional or operational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Warranty: Bentamo products are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the products or services.

7.3. Illegal Activities: Bentamo is not liable for any illegal activities conducted by users on the Platform, nor for any harm or damages caused to other users as a result of such activities.

8. Termination

8.1. Termination by User: Users may terminate their account or subscription to any Bentamo product at any time by contacting support.

8.2. Termination by Bentamo: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Bentamo product for any violation of these terms or at our discretion.
